UI Elements

Document Management - allows users to view documents and search for documents.

eForms - allows users to create and design eForms (electronic forms) from an existing document and publish the eForms to receive inputs from the end users.

Settings - allows users to configure settings related to document search and document viewer.

Help - allows users to view user information and Agilysys eForms version details.

Search Documents - allows users to search for documents under Document Management.

Advanced Search - allows users to perform advanced search for documents under Document Management ➜ Search Documents.

Clear All Search Values - allows users to clear the search values entered in Filter Index Values fields in the Search Documents pane under Document Management ➜ Search Documents.

Reset Index Values - allows users to clear the search values entered in Enter Index Values fields in the Indexing pane under Document Management ➜ Indexing.

Wildcard Search - allows users to perform wildcard search when none of the index values are known under Document Management ➜ Search Documents. The icon color turns to blue when enabled.

Wildcard - allows users to perform wildcard search when some of the index values are not known under Document Management ➜ Search Documents. The icon color turns to blue when enabled.

Remember - when enabled, the system stores the respective index search value entered against a specific view and displays it when the same view is selected the next time. This is displayed under Document Management ➜ Search Documents. The icon color turns to blue when enabled. The same is applicable for Advanced Search values and Wildcard Search values.
